Armed with over 15 years experience in diverse line and corporate HR roles with several ‘A-Listed’ companies, gaining both national, international and multi-global experience, Ehi is astute in identifying areas in need of improvement with the vision to develop and implement successful action plans.
She has helped to accelerate IBEDC’s transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models and building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. she has continuously implemented a roadmap of progressive HR modernization initiatives, using insightful analytics to drive informed business decisions. Prior to joining IBEDC, Ehi has amongst others, worked with companies such as Sigma3 North Sea, Wood group Engineering Aberdeen, BIS Salamis Aberdeen and Baker Hughes Nigeria. She was also the Managing Editor (Nigeria and Ghana) of ‘the ‘Business & Management Journal’ - a quarterly journal from the stables of ‘Michael Stevens Consulting’ that publishes cutting edge articles from leading academicians and business professionals.
An advocate of Gender Inclusiveness, She is passionate about sharing best practices and frequently speaks on several gender equality related platforms. She earned a Bachelors in Agric Economics from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Nigeria, and a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Resource Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management.
