Barr. Sola Adeyegbe has over 20years experience in various sectors including the banking, insurance, legal, aviation private equity and energy. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1986 and has a Master of Laws Degree from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, United Kingdom.
He has worked on complex consortium lending, privatizations as well as designing regulatory arrangements. Between 2001 and 2004, working closely with some Federal Ministries, he organized conferences on Banking/Insurance, Aviation and Energy. He later served as a member of the Nigerian Aviation Policy Review Committee. In 2006 he was engaged by the World Bank Privatization Support Project to work with Nigeria’s Privatization Agency - Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) where he did a lot on regulatory advice and legislative drafting.
