Compensation Token for Eligible Band A Customers Now Available
IBEDC has commenced the implementation of the NERC-approved compensation tokens to eligible Band A prepaid customers affected by service disruptions between February and March 2026.
To verify your eligibility and claim your Compensation Token: simply enter your Meter Number in the box and click the "Get Token" button.
Once retrieved, load the token on your meter to complete the process.
